Job summary

Montblanc in Grand Prairie, Texas seeks an Operations Coordinator for Client Relations to support the client-facing team and improve the client experience. You will help drive sales growth, own processes, and coordinate with IT, After Sales, and fulfillment to ensure high service levels.

Ideal candidates have a degree, strong CRM/SAP experience, and excellent communication to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or technical degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in luxury client services and CRM tools preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of client-facing operations and resource allocation.
• Provide data and insights to help achieve KPI targets for ambassadors.
• Support training on After Sales processes and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with distribution, fulfillment, and IT to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor NPS and advise on improvements to enhance client experience.
• Manage stock visibility and coordination with local teams to fulfill orders.
