Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training; able to move packages and products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening and closing procedures and ensure product is handled, shipped, received, and tracked correctly.
• Monitor sales transactions and paperwork, support other transactional flows, and maintain inventory controls.
• Manage boutique supplies, support audits and care service processes, and uphold Maison policies and standards.
• Collaborate with boutique teams and management to improve workflows, solve problems, and support special projects.
