Responsibilities include clienteling, CRM utilization, sourcing new clients, maintaining relationships with loyal customers, and assisting with merchandising and shop-floor activities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored, impeccable service and act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Achieve sales targets and support the team in meeting store goals.
• Use clienteling and CRM tools to identify, develop, and retain clients.
• Maintain productive relationships with loyal clients and source new clients.
• Support merchandising, shop-floor maintenance, and smooth sales-floor operations.
