Job summary

Brobston Group in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support boutique’s commercial success by ensuring operational excellence and compliance across transactions, logistics, inventory control, and admin support.

You will collaborate with management and client-facing teams to improve workflows, handle shipping, audits, and maintain standards, with weekend shifts and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle packages and products, and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure boutique policies and procedures are followed, and coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Manage product movement, shipping and receiving, inventory counts, and stock control.
• Monitor sales transactions and financial paperwork, supporting timely and accurate submissions.
• Maintain boutique supplies and standards, support audits and action plans, and assist with repair and special project processes.
• Collaborate with management and client-facing teams to improve workflows and operational practices.
