Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Houston to deliver elite customer service and meet sales targets. You will develop and manage a growing client book, leveraging CRM tools and POS systems, while supporting store operations to uphold luxury standards.

The role requires at least 5 years of luxury retail experience, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
• High school degree required.
• Proven sales orientation with strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory management, and strong digital literacy.
• Ability to advise and support a sales team; foreign language skills a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by analyzing individual business and creating action plans to generate and reactivate clients.
• Build and maintain a client book and manage customer correspondence and CRM tools.
• Mentor and train Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and sales techniques.
• Use POS and inventory systems accurately; complete administrative tasks such as transfers, consignments, and reservations.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards, replenish best sellers, and support inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, returns, and may open/close the store and lead team meetings.
