Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience in client service and operations.
• Proven sales track record and ability to develop client relationships.
• Experience with retail systems including POS and SAP; able to handle escalated issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver couture-level service across the client journey and support store KPIs.
• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and private experiences.
• Handle sales and after-sales activities including returns and complaints.
• Execute cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain stockroom.
• Follow procedures for consignments, transfers, shipments, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Support visual merchandising and train staff on inventory guidelines.
