This role drives sales and key KPIs while supporting store operations, visual merchandising, and training initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retail, luxury preferred.
• Client-centric and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and clear communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver personalized service according to brand standards.
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through active outreach.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (ADT, UPT, repurchase rate).
• Support inventory prep, charge sends, repairs, and policy adherence with operations.
• Assist with visual merchandising and training initiatives.
