Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding individual and store targets and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding, personalized service that builds enduring client relationships.
• Use CRM tools to record customer data and maintain an accurate client book with regular follow-up.
• Support visual merchandising, maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Promote store events and manage client communications via email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues including shipping and alterations.
