Qualifications

• Senior client advisor with luxury retail experience.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear is a plus.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony for clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive outreach and CRM data enrichment.
• Drive individual and store KPIs including consignment, appointments, repurchase rate, UPT, and conversion.
• mentor and coach team members and share product knowledge and best practices.
• Act as manager on duty when required; execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
