Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience achieving individual sales goals in a customer-centric role.
• Experience in fashion or luxury retail is preferred.
• Organised, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
• Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and meet KPIs through client acquisition and retention.
• Maximize appointment revenue and support client segmentation and priority programs.
• Collaborate with Store Director to balance time between client engagement and operational tasks.
• Perform product receiving, transfers, consolidations, and regular cycle counts.
• Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with Store leadership.
• Support processing of send sale orders, consignments, and repairs in compliance with policies.
• Accurately process POS transactions, client data capture, and proper packaging and wrapping.
• Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory preparation and reconciliation.
• Follow loss prevention policies and maintain appropriate packaging and replenishment levels.
