Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a hands-on Boutique Client Service Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations, POS, cash handling, and inventory control while upholding luxury service standards.

You will coach and supervise client service and stock associates, support merchandising, and assist Boutique Leadership with exchanges and customer requests. The role requires flexibility to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and secure all cash and receipts.
• Manage aftersales, exchanges and returns, and relay client requests to management.
• Train and supervise CSR and stock associates on tasks, safety, and policies.
• Provide phone support, assist with packing/wrapping merchandise, and support floor moves.
