Job summary

MaxMara is seeking a Client Experience & Customer Service specialist in New York, delivering luxury styling and brand guidance to clients and stylists. You’ll work to build client confidence, nurture a loyal book, and meet conversion targets while upholding brand standards.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with management and corporate partners, handle client inquiries, and maintain a polished store presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, luxury retail strongly preferred.
• RTW and/or footwear experience a plus.
• Proven success in luxury or high-end retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted style and brand advisor, supporting stylists and stepping in seamlessly in the absence of store management.
• Build client confidence through engaging, interactive, and relationship-driven selling experiences.
• Proactively acquire new clients while nurturing and retaining an existing client book, meeting conversion and loyalty goals.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, prioritizing satisfaction and brand integrity.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations without hesitation.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, including KPI targets.
