MaxMara in Edina, MN is seeking a client-experience driven sales professional to advise clients, support stylists, and step in for store leadership when needed. You will build loyalty through interactive, relationship-driven service and consistently meet conversion and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes luxury brand knowledge, collaboration with the team and corporate partners, and maintaining an elevated selling environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, luxury retail strongly preferred.
• RTW and/or footwear experience a plus.
• Proven success in luxury or high-end retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted style and brand advisor, supporting stylists and stepping in seamlessly in the absence of store management
• Build client confidence through engaging, interactive, and relationship-driven selling experiences
• Proactively acquire new clients while nurturing and retaining an existing client book, consistently meeting conversion and loyalty goals
• Resolve client concerns swiftly and professionally, always prioritizing satisfaction and brand integrity
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations without hesitation
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals, including all KPI targets
• Maximize every client interaction to drive long‑term loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain a polished, positive, and professional presence while supporting company initiatives and business objectives
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment through clear, respectful communication with peers, Management, and Corporate partners
• Support team success by sharing product knowledge, client insights, and best practices
• Adhere consistently to all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Demonstrate working knowledge of POS systems and retail tools
• Communicate store-related issues to the Store Manager when unable to resolve independently
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Utilize downtime effectively to support sales floor readiness, client follow-up, and operational needs
• Uphold accountability for safeguarding company assets and minimizing shrink
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated selling environment aligned with brand standards
• Ensure product presentation is consistently on brand and client ready
• Possess strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of all product categories to confidently advise clients
