MaxMara seeks a Client Experience & Customer Service professional at our Aurora, IL location. Deliver personalized service, act as a trusted style advisor, and grow a loyal client book while supporting stylists and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, luxury retail strongly preferred.
• RTW and/or footwear experience a plus.
• Proven success in luxury or high-end retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience reflecting Bloomingdale’s standards and MaxMara positioning.
• Act as a trusted style and brand advisor, supporting stylists and store leadership.
• Build client confidence through engaging, interactive, relationship-driven selling.
• Proactively acquire new clients while nurturing an existing book to meet goals.
• Resolve client concerns swiftly, prioritizing satisfaction and brand integrity.
• Anticipate client needs and exceed expectations in every interaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Maximize client interactions to drive long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a polished, professional presence while supporting company initiatives.
