Job summary

Christian Dior Couture, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a seasoned Boutique Manager responsible for driving sales, store operations, and team development at a flagship boutique in the United States. You will lead a leadership team, train staff, and coordinate with Merchants and Training to strengthen product knowledge and client experience.

The role requires a premium focus on luxury clientele, staff development, and operational excellence to align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of boutique management experience.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion and luxury clienteles.
• Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership and staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
• Lead leadership team to develop Sales Associates in client development and individual sales goals.
• Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll budgets for the boutique.
• Coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase traffic and sales.
• Manage inventory, shipping, and aftersales to minimize stock loss.
