Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking Ambassadors to deliver the Tiffany Touch and welcome clients with a warm, sophisticated approach at The Landmark.

You will engage in bespoke conversations, share the World of Tiffany through storytelling, and guide clients to the right experiences and products. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in luxury retail or related client service, a willingness to work non-traditional hours, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury retail experience.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a luxury experience.
• Share knowledge of the World of Tiffany through storytelling.
• Provide a knowledgeable, curated client experience.
• Assist with hospitality, tours, and events as needed.
• Manage floor waiting lists and collaborate with management.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
