The role emphasizes bespoke conversations, collaboration with Client Advisors, and support for hospitality and events as needed to achieve sales goals. A welcoming, client-centered mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or luxury retail store experience.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
• GIA coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly to create a luxury experience.
• Share knowledge of Tiffany to inspire clients.
• Deliver a knowledgeable, curated in-store experience.
• Assist with hospitality, tours, and events to support selling goals.
