Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Tiffany Ambassador to deliver the Tiffany Touch at South Coast Plaza. This role connects daily with clients, guiding them through a luxury journey with personalized storytelling and expert service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or luxury retail experience or related client-facing roles.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: college/university degree in fine or performing arts; GIA coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients to deliver a luxury experience.
• Share knowledge of the World of Tiffany with clients.
• Provide a curated, knowledgeable in-store experience for every client.
• Assist in events, hospitality, and store activities as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and support brand standards.
