Moncler in Aspen seeks a Client Advisor to deliver extraordinary luxury experiences and uphold the Moncler Client Promise. You will welcome clients, understand needs, and cultivate long-term relationships while contributing to store performance.

In this role you will achieve sales goals, stay informed on Moncler collections, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure flawless service. Multilingual skills and a passion for luxury retail are highly valued.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.

• When applicable, utilize bilingual or multilingual communication skills to support an international client base and provide a seamless luxury experience.
