You will master Moncler's collections, stay informed on promotions, and use clienteling tools to develop new and existing relationships with international clientele.

The role requires two years of luxury retail or premium service, strong communication, and a polished presence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury or premium retail experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele preferred.
• Ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a luxury shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and active clienteling.
• Understand client needs and recommend products to enhance the experience.
• Achieve store sales goals and support inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain grooming, professionalism, and brand confidentiality.
