• Drive sales through strong product knowledge, styling and a natural approach to selling.
• Build and develop your own client book, creating lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Develop a genuine understanding of your clients’ lifestyles, preferences and needs.
• Bring personality, energy and confidence to the sales floor.
• Identify opportunities to reconnect with existing clients and attract new customers.
• Support client events, private appointments and trunk shows.
• Contribute ideas to engage the local Houston clientele and build the boutique’s presence.
• Work closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and brand representation.
• Take ownership, show initiative and look for ways to make a positive impact.
