Job summary

Gucci Americas in Beverly Hills is seeking a Client Advisor to be the Gucci brand ambassador, driving sales objectives through exceptional service and deep client relationships. You will engage clients in-store or remotely, delivering a personalized experience and leveraging product knowledge to elevate every interaction.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury fashion sales, strong ethics, and flexible retail scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed sales and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Deep knowledge about fashion and luxury.
• Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from first contact whether in-store or remotely.
• Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Build rapport by understanding client needs and aspirations and exceed expectations with luxury service and product rituals.
• Develop client base by recruiting new clients and nurturing existing relationships.
• Leverage in-store technology to ensure a smooth, relevant client experience.
• Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions and think in terms of the One-Gucci-Client approach.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
• Participate in store operations and uphold Gucci visual standards and grooming policies.
