Summary and Objective

As a Client Experience Concierge, your primary mission will be to provide impeccable service to our clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for curating exclusive, unforgettable experiences. This position demands an in-depth knowledge of the private aviation industry, extraordinary attention to detail, an unwavering attitude to excellent customer service, and the ability to provide that white-glove service with finesse and grace.

• Luxury Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with our high-net-worth clients. Learn and understand their unique preferences and requirements in order to offer bespoke services that define luxury travel.
• Exquisite Trip Coordination: Meticulously plan and oversee all aspects of client trips, ensuring flawless execution of every detail. This includes arranging gourmet catering, coordinating ground services, and fulfilling special requests in additional to flight coordination
• Client Communication: Respond promptly to all client enquiries through various communication channels, providing timely updates and personalized attention. Keep clients informed about trip arrangements and any relevant enhancements.
• Billing and Account Management: Handle billing inquiries with discretion, ensuring a seamless process. Maintain precise records of client accounts upholding their privacy and maintaining confidentiality.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and swiftly resolve any challenges or concerns that may arise during a client's journey. Exhibit a solution-oriented approach to maintain the highest level of satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Elegance: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of clients' extraordinary experiences, encompassing flight crews, internal stakeholders, and luxury service providers.
• Feedback: Solicit feedback from clients to continuously enhance our luxury services. Respond to their feedback with sophistication and an unwavering commitment to perfection.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Raleigh office, Monday through Friday.

Primarily works in a professional office environment with moderate noise levels.

May occasionally travel to other company locations, customer sites, or business-related events.

Physical Demands

• Ability to occasionally lift and move standard office objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
