flyExclusive is seeking a Director of Retail Sales in Raleigh, NC to lead new Jet Club and Fractional sales efforts. You will build a healthy pipeline, exceed quotas, and represent the brand at industry events to drive relationships with luxury aviation clients.

You will manage complex, high-value deals, train and mentor a sales team, and leverage HubSpot/Salesforce CRM to optimize lead flow and forecasting. Travel to client sites may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of sales or marketing experience in luxury, aviation, or high-consideration B2C industries.
• Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Proven track record of success in high-volume lead generation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Successful background check prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Attain and exceed sales quota of new Jet Club and Fractional customers.
• Create new sales opportunities through cold calling via phone, text, and email.
• Research prospective members utilizing the company database and external sources to improve lead quality and scoring.
• Educate, consult, and advise prospects on private aviation with a focus on flyExclusive Jet Club and Fractional products.
• Manage existing customer renewal sales for select accounts.
• Represent the company at community and business meetings to promote flyExclusive.
• Identify and pursue targeted verticals for relationships and referral partners.
• Keep CRM system up to date with information uncovered on prospects during the analysis and qualifying stages.
• Effectively manage lead lifecycles and timing outreach.
