Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service, luxury retail preferred.
• Polished communication with high-end customers.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling information.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Google Apps.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and connect them with the best associates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to exceed customer expectations.
