Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service; luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship-driven with a commitment to first-class service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and to travel to the nearest gallery as needed
