Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service; luxury retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship-driven with a commitment to first-class service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strategic, highly organized, results-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and connect them with the appropriate associates and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leaders to resolve customer issues and exceed expectations.
• Build brand loyalty and revenue through deep product and process knowledge.
• Qualify and educate potential design customers on RH Interior Design services.
• Innovate with an entrepreneurial spirit and maintain strong customer relationships.
