Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or high-touch client service preferred.
• Polished, discreet, and professional presentation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple arrivals and appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a welcoming, non-pressured approach.
• Coordinate arrivals, confirm appointments, and facilitate introductions to Sales Professionals.
• Maintain wait times updates and assist waiting clients.
• Provide refreshments, seating, and hospitality touches to enhance comfort.
• Answer calls professionally and route to the appropriate team member.
