Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre in New York City seeks a Client Experience & Hospitality ambassador to create memorable visits, welcome clients, and deliver refined hospitality. You will anticipate needs, coordinate appointments, and assist Sales Associates during presentations, ensuring a seamless boutique experience.

Collaborate with the Atelier d’Antoine team to deliver unique watchmaking experiences, organize events, maintain luxury standards, and manage hospitality supplies.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Associates during sales presentations to facilitate a seamless client experience.
• Organize and execute in-boutique client events and activations.
• Prepare client appointments and maintain CRM data input and reporting.
• Handle client inquiries via telephone and email with discretion.
• Oversee daily boutique traffic and assist with appointment scheduling.
