Job summary

CD Peacock is seeking a Client Services Representative to deliver an elevated repair desk experience, guiding clients from intake to pickup and acting as a liaison among clients, Sales Professionals, the repair team, and service partners.

You will document repairs, manage estimates, status updates, and secure handling of valuable merchandise while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of client service experience.
• Experience with jewelry or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with record-keeping.
• Familiarity with POS, CRM, and repair-tracking systems.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the repair desk and explain the process clearly.
• Document item, condition, requested work, and client details.
• Photograph, tag, package, and securely route merchandise.
• Maintain complete repair records including estimates and dispositions.
• Communicate estimates, costs, timelines, and approvals precisely.
• Provide proactive updates during the repair process.
• Coordinate with jewelers, Sales Professionals, and service partners.
• Review open-repair reports and follow up on due dates.
• Ensure correct item and documentation match the approved scope.
• Prepare items for presentation and arrange pickups and payments.
• Address client concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain organized repair desk and support related administrative tasks.
