Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting their needs with exceptional service.
• Capture Customer data into the CRM to build long-term relationships and personalized approaches.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Work as a team and foster open communication to ensure a consistent luxury experience.
• Welcome and serve the customer with an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be engaged in cross-selling with departments to maximize sales and hit KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and brand knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor and visual display to high standards and stock procedures.
• Contribute to security and prevent product theft.
