Qualifications

• Passion for selling luxury and fashion products.
• Strong interest in art and design related to fashion.
• Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, results-driven and problem solving.
• Knowledge of the brand's product category.
• English language is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, providing an excellent luxury service in line with the client journey.
• Capture Customer data in the CRM to build personalized connections and future opportunities.
• Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional in-store experience.
• Welcome and serve customers with outstanding service at all times.
• Cross-sell with all Departments to maximize sales and meet KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when needed.
• Maintain high shop floor visuals and comply with stock procedures.
• Contribute to security and loss prevention efforts.
