Moncler Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury experiences by welcoming clients, understanding needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. You will report to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager and aim to meet individual and store performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clientele management.
• Utilize bilingual communication skills to confidently support clients while delivering a seamless luxury experience.
• Develop new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
• Anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall client experience.
