Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• In lieu of retail experience, hospitality or other relevant client-oriented/service roles are acceptable.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred but not required.
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft tools (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive sales by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new ones.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure policy adherence and store standards.
• Support inventory preparation and merchandising to maintain brand standards.
