Job summary

Maison Margiela is seeking a Client Advisor in Beverly Hills to serve as a brand ambassador and key contributor to store sales. This role delivers a highly personalized client experience while achieving individual and store sales objectives through product expertise, clienteling, and relationship building, operating with an owner's mindset toward their book of business.

Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS, and clienteling platforms.
• Ability to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and store objectives.
• Build and actively manage a high-quality client portfolio.
• Record client preferences and follow-up opportunities in CRM.
• Invite clients to appointments, events, and brand experiences.
