Maison Margiela in Las Vegas seeks a Client Advisor to deliver a highly personalized client experience and achieve store sales goals. This role requires product expertise, clienteling, and relationship building to drive loyalty and new client acquisition.

Reports to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager. You will collaborate on launches, events, and CRM initiatives while upholding brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience in fashion or retail.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM and clienteling tools.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Build and actively manage a high-quality client portfolio.
• Create a welcoming, elevated experience consistent with the brand.
• Maintain expert knowledge of current collections, materials, craftsmanship, pricing, availability, and styling.
• Process POS transactions, returns, exchanges, repairs, and alterations accurately.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention, security, and safety protocols.
• Participate in product launches, events, and commercial activations.
• Share client insights with colleagues and contribute to store initiatives.
