• Know and act on personal KPIs: Net Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion.
• Increase basket size through cross-selling and complete-look selling.
• Build and actively manage a high-quality client portfolio using CRM.
• Participate in product launches and events.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and loss prevention.
