Maison Margiela in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead an on-site sales team and elevate the client experience. You will manage a personal client portfolio while coaching Advisors to meet store objectives, leveraging data to close gaps and foster brand excellence.

Partner with Store Management to drive sustainable growth and ensure flawless execution of schedules, events, and trunk shows. The role requires a passion for luxury retail and a proven track record of KPI-driven leadership.

Formación

• 3+ years of selling and leadership experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others and hold teams accountable.
• Strong command of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
• Outstanding clienteling skills and relationship-building with high-value clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Translate store targets into clear daily and weekly goals; set expectations with team.
• Analyze KPIs daily, weekly, monthly to identify opportunities and actions.
• Drive sales through clienteling, cross-selling, appointments, events, and CRM activity.
• Coach Client Advisors on selling skills, product knowledge, and KPI performance.
• Partner with Store Management on performance evaluations and improvement plans.
• Create an energetic, collaborative, inclusive high-performing sales culture.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and development of sales staff.
