Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience, Fashion or Retail experience preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS and clienteling platforms.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store objectives.
• Build and actively manage a high-quality client portfolio using CRM/clienteling.
• Provide a welcoming, elevated experience and communicate brand storytelling.
• Participate in product knowledge, selling skills, and CRM training.
• Support events, launches, and brand activations while maintaining visuals and operations.
