You will cultivate client relationships, leverage product knowledge, and drive growth through personalized outreach and a client-centric approach.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with local and international clients, using styling guidance and storytelling to create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Retail Sales and Client Service experience.
• Experience in luxury consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI including sales volume, units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
• Provide best-in-class service in person, over the phone and via electronic communication.
• Develop and nurture local and international client base through personalized outreach and follow-up.
• Leverage product knowledge and storytelling to create meaningful client experiences.
• Support boutique operations including merchandising, stock handling and inventory processes.
