You will support events, inventory, and reporting to management, coach colleagues on product knowledge, and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in retail.
• Proven visual merchandiser with window dressing and space planning.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Provide high-end customer service and maintain CRM client book.
• Execute visual merchandising standards with VM team, including windows and displays.
• Support in-store events, installations, pop-ups, and window presentations.
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Coach colleagues on product knowledge and visual execution; report to management and VM team.
