The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will engage with clients while maintaining store security and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience.
• Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity and fashion.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to operate store equipment and stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Use product expertise and selling ceremonies to support sales goals and boutique performance.
• Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.
