Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive sales while cultivating lasting client relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, mastery of selling ceremonies, and adherence to boutique operating processes.

You'll support floor moves, merchandising, inventory, and packing as needed, while building client connections in person, by phone, and electronically. The position offers varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong business drive and passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Ability to manage time and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete business and client documentation, operate required equipment, stand for extended periods, handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
• Organize assigned stock, participate in inventory and cycle counts, and protect boutique assets by following operating procedures.
• Assist with packing or wrapping merchandise when needed.
