Qualifications

• Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience.
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to multitask.
• Strong organizational and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Foreign language knowledge a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Provide personalized customer service and build enduring relationships with clients.
• Exceed KPI targets by delivering top-tier service.
• Utilize CRM tools to gather customer data for engagement and follow-up.
