As a Brand Ambassador, you will stay informed on Moncler collections, collaborate with the team, and provide exceptional service to a diverse international clientele.

The role requires POS proficiency, clienteling tools, and active participation in store initiatives to uphold the Moncler standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing ones through proactive outreach.
