Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
• Demonstrate, recommend and style the products; promote personal shopping and styling options.
• Build and maintain an exclusive client database and follow up with clients to foster loyalty.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints with professional escalation when needed.
• Participate in product presentations, meetings and stock management to support sales objectives.
