Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in the luxury sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Strong communicator with professional interactions with internal and external individuals.
• Ability to build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive thinker who takes ownership & accountability for actions and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
• Demonstrate, recommend and style the products available; promote personal shopping and advise on styling options.
• Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information and entering it into the database, building a high-profile international clientele base.
• Follow-up with clients through telephone calls, letters, cards and special announcements.
• Maintain a Client Book with sales records, client preferences, colors, sizes and life events.
• Handle and rectify complaints with manager support if necessary.
• Participate in department and store meetings and product presentations.
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
