Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver personalized sales and first-class customer service in a luxury retail setting in New York. You will build client relationships, manage a client book, and strive for consistent sales results while upholding brand standards on the selling floor.

You will also support visual merchandising, inventory management, and assist with repairs, styling advice, and custom design requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritize client needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
• Computer skills including retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Demonstrated passion for fashion and a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional sales service and personalized client experiences on the selling floor.
• Initiate and build client relationships through creative selling, use of client-book, and follow-up communications.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and establish weekly sales plans and strategies.
• Assist with visual merchandising and general maintenance of the selling floor to maintain brand standards.
• Handle customer repairs, advise clients on fit and styling, and support custom design requests as needed.
• Support inventory maintenance in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
