Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering the Moncler Client Promise and creating a welcoming environment for every client in a luxury retail setting.

You will cultivate client relationships, proactively reach out to existing clients, and drive sales while meeting or exceeding store KPIs. The role also supports visual merchandising and training needs with the store team, while maintaining brand standards in grooming and behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Hospitality or other client-focused roles accepted in lieu of luxury retail experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver exceptional experience per Moncler standards.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversations.
• Drive sales and KPIs by proactively reaching out to existing clients and new prospects.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to follow company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory prep, holds, repairs, and visual merchandising standards.
