Qualifications

• 2+ years retail experience, preferably luxury environment.
• Hospitality or other client-oriented roles acceptable in lieu of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every client and provide outstanding service in line with Moncler Client Promise.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting client relationships through engaging conversations and active client management.
• Drive sales by connecting with existing clients and cultivating new ones.
• Collaborate with store team and leadership on policies, inventories, and visual standards.
